Hi please could I have some help.  I have ported into O2 from 3 and am not receiving one time payment texts.

I am using an iPhone and checked the number in settings which is correct.  I have also phoned customer services and they insisted there wasn’t a problem when there is.  Is someone able to help me please?

If anyone can find out what did it, I'd appreciate it! I've been having this issue for weeks now!

Aye, there's the rub - what bit of the Porting into O2 is 'broken'...?

Any chance you can ask O2 to share the fix on that case, @lewys-gp? 🤔

I have escalated it with the O2 team. I'll try and get an update by the end of the day 🤞.

Hey, all. Just spoke with the team at O2.

I think as previously mentioned elsewhere on the community, they are aware of the issue and in the middle of fixing it. In regards to solving it on a customer-by-customer basis, they said that the best thing to do is raise a new case on social media (Twitter | Facebook | Instagram) with them.

Apparently, the problem could be caused by a number of issues, which would mean each situation is unique and doesn't have a universal fix (as of yet). @Rmc showed this when saying it was the third thing that the team did that fixed it.

I'd suggest reaching out to the social team again, @DavidAllan, and get them to keep trying new changes until it is permanently fixed.

Sorry that I can't provide a definitive answer.

@lewys-gp they keep telling me there’s nothing wrong network side when I contact them now. Any chance you could ask someone to look into this for me?
