My old phone has just been deactivated but my new phone isn’t going to be activated for 24 hours. Now I have no phone & can’t call anymore  - PLEASE HELP

Sadly nothing happens at the weekend. You could try putting your old sim in your new phone and see if you get service?

Contact O2 if that doesn't work.

Thanks for your response, unfortunately I can’t call anyone because I don’t have a land line. I was having problems with my sim swap not working so I called 02 off my old android phone ( my new phone is iPhone 13) she said no problem I will sort it out for you. - then the phone went dead & I received an email say my phone will be activated in 24 hours!!!!!! Can I put the Sim from my Samsung galaxy 5 into my new iphone? Also if the sim isn’t working in my old phone will it work in my new phone? Sorry I am clueless when it comes to these things.

No, the sim from the Galaxy 5 wont fit into the new iphone. It's too big. Also, as you have an iphone it will need the idata bolt on. I have no idea whether that will have been applied. I know you can't call but I did give you social media links?

Honestly I don't think you will be able to do anything until tomorrow now.

Thanks for your help, I tried the Facebook link but no joy. I think I will just have to wait until tomorrow, it just feels so strange having no phone. Hopefully once it all gets sorted I will pleased I made the change to iPhone. Enjoy the rest of your day, I hope the weather isn’t too bad where you are. 😉
