Hi, I took out the offer on the galaxy fold where I would get an extra £250 for my phone if I traded it in on O2 recycle. The order email shows the offer however all paperwork I've had since only shows the actual recycle amount and nowhere does it mention the additional £250. I did arrange the recycle at the point of placing the new order.
Is there something I need to do in addition before sending it in? Or should the paperwork be showing the extra offer? I don't want to send off my phone, get the £160 they have quoted then find I've missed a step and don't get the extra £250

That would be fantastic if I could. I've been on hold for several hours over the last few days and hung up on when the advisor couldn't understand my query.
I've also got a technical issue, I've had even less joy getting help with that

Thanks Emma. I did and to be fair it looks like an automated process where as long as I make sure everything is processed by a certain date, all will be well. I just thought there may be mention of it in the paperwork
