Is anybody else having any issues with the O2 website not loading properly?
For the last couple of days everytime I login to the O2 website the page doesn't load properly as you can see from the attached image. I have for separate accounts which I normally access by clicking the dropdown as marked by the red arrow but now when I click on it I get nothing. I also get the same when I try access my accounts via the O2 app (Android) I've tried various browsers (Google, Firefox, Edge, Opera) on 3 different PC's and a laptop and still get the same. Tried clearing cache and browser history etc.
Please help as I need to access my accounts to be able to pay my bills.

Did you manage to find a solution or get them to resolve it at all?
I’ve had exactly the same problem for days.

It is possible, @Bethyboop3501, that your MyO2 account needs adjusting by O2 if your phone number no longer appears on the drop-down highlighted in the screenshot above, so do reach out to O2 via Social Media if you use it - links for X Direct Messaging and for FB Messenger below - keep nudging on the same DM or message thread until an agent responds. Good luck!

The problem is a page not loading completely issue rather than the phone number not being there. As with the original poster because the page hasn’t loaded fully the dropdown menu to get to the other numbers isn’t working, the numbers are definitely on the account though.

Have you cleared all cached info and cookies for the O2 websites (anything ending o2.co.uk) in your browser, @Bethyboop3501?
Or use an InPrivate, Anonymous or Incognito tab in your browser and head to https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin to sign-in?
Failing that, try a different browser, if available, one you have not used to connect to the O2 website or Community Forum, @Bethyboop3501.
Good luck!

Yep, I’ve tried all the suggestions and unfortunately they haven’t worked. Thank you for the suggestions though.

Are you trying this on your phone or on a laptop, @Bethyboop3501?
On your phone's cellular data or on domestic WiFi data?
We have seen cases where the O2 Cellular or domestic WiFi adult/minor website restrictions stop some aspects of some websites loading.
On O2 cellular data, removing the Guide: O2 Age restriction sometimes helps, on your domestic broadband/wifi, it depends on your service provider what way to make things work.
