Hello, my wife isn't receiving calls but she can make calls and access the internet. I am calling her from the same room and it goes straight to voicemail. She has phone signal on O2. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Alternatively, if it is a SIM problem, that can be addressed in-store :-

Check the call diversion settings in your wife's MyO2, @PhilM2 - sometimes "always divert" is set to on unintentionally, or if your phone has a "Do Not Disturb" feature.

Has your phone or contract been changed recently?  Depending on the phone make, Apple vs Android, a reset of your network settings may help to resolve it if Call Diversion settings are all good.

@PhilM2

Dial ##002# to clear all diverts.

Thanks @pgn. Have tried do not disturb and voicemail settings. Have done network reset but still not receiving calls. She recently updated her contract - is there anything else I can try?

Not really, @PhilM2 - your wife, as the contract holder (I assume!) will need to get O2 to check - and the most helpful route, if you can't get to an O2 shop (with valid photo id as mentioned above) is via the Social Media team using either the link just below for Facebook or to use Instagram - and be persistent until an agent engages with you.  I'll tag the Forum Manager, @Dave-O2 - he will be in today and may reach out to you for more details later in the day. Good luck!
