I hope its a business contract if been used for commercial purposes as per the T&C's you agreed too (or just clicked agree on without reading )
You need to contact customer services on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and they can pass it back to the porting team to liase with EE to resolve the issue, as EE probably haven't completed the port correctly..
