Not able to make outgoing calls and all incoming call are coming in as unknown

I am currently unable to make outgoing phone call on my iPhone 13 pro max and any call I receive are coming up as unknown even though I have there saved onto my phone. It has been like this over the last couple of day. Could someone please help.

I can’t be sure but may be a billing issue but your first stop must be customer services. Depends on what message you get when you try to make a call.

This happens to me on my iPhone 13. I just get the generic "Call Failed" and when my partner calls me it says "Unknown". I put this down to having the same issue as the One Time Passcodes, as my Visual Voicemail is also affected. Usually restarting the handset clears the call failed issue.

I too am having same issues I can’t even call to discuss. Have u had any joy with getting this fixed?

I’d recommend messaging the social media team or starting a live chat. It’s happened again this morning but my accounts already being looked at by the network team so I’m just waiting

They telling me it’s my SIM card so sending a new one but have seen others online having same problem too so not convinced it will work

I am having the same issue I have restarted my phone reset the network settings still no joy I can’t even ring customer service I have sent o2 a message just waiting for a response
