I am a new customer and chose O2 because it had good coverage both inside and outside in my area. I either get no signal or one bar and can hardly use my phone. I found a telephone number and reported it and they sent me a new sim but it is still the same. They said if it did not work they would upscale the complaint about coverage. Three is supposed to give the worst coverage but someone visiting had 3 bars at my house.
What do I do???? I have lost the number for O2 and fed up of going round in circle on the website trying to make contact with them
