Good morning, I've had no signal now for,4 days!

I rely on my mobile and 4g massively in my job and have now had to take time off work!

I've checked for problems in the area and it says there's a mast with an issue! I really need to know when this will be resolved as if it's not soon i will be expected my contract closed free of charge so i can go with another more reliable supplier!

O2 never give timescales for repairs as there are too many variables that can effect a repair.

Your contract also has a clause to cover outages so you won't be allowed to cancel free of charge either. All networks tie you in this way unfortunately.

To discuss your options, you need to contact O2 directly.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need to read your terms and conditions, as o2 dont guarantee a fault free network, in fact no network, does, and as others have pointed it can take time to fix a fault due to various reasons, and o2 will not provide any timescales because of this

Also never a good idea to post your full postcode as ti wouldn't take long for someone to work out your full address and they already have your name in your username, so you could be spammed or scammed, as this is a public forum, where nefarious people can scrap your data....

Or you are impersonating the lead singer from Biffy Clyro
