Is it the correct sized sim and inserted correctly?
Is the phone open to O2 network or phone / sim from another network?
Does the sim still work back in the old phone and a different sim still work in the iPhone etc?

Hi, I have the same issue, SIM Swap has disabled my SIM but I have no WiFi Calling. I have reset APN, Carrier Network, restarted the phone, I have not done a factory reset as this should not be required for a SIM Swap.
I have the Note 20 Ultra 5G, dual SIM, I have a 2nd SIM which worked perfectly so it's the O2 SIM Swap that is faulty, deactivated upon use.
