Hi there.
I’ve swapped phones with my wife and since putting her SIM card into the iPhone. She has had no mobile network coverage or mobile data. She does get WiFi calling. Please can anyone help. We’ve tried resetting the phone and carrier settings.

Is it the correct sized sim and inserted correctly?

Is the phone open to O2 network or phone / sim from another network?

Does the sim still work back in the old phone and a different sim still work in the iPhone etc?

Hi, I have the same issue, SIM Swap has disabled my SIM but I have no WiFi Calling. I have reset APN, Carrier Network, restarted the phone, I have not done a factory reset as this should not be required for a SIM Swap.

 

I have the Note 20 Ultra 5G, dual SIM, I have a 2nd SIM which worked perfectly so it's the O2 SIM Swap that is faulty, deactivated upon use.
