I purchased a S21 5g and registered to recycle old s10 with intention of getting the extra £150 through the current offer, Although I couldn't see anywhere to input my order number to activate this deal. Now the recycle pack is being sent out and I have no idea how to get this offer! Can anyone help

You enter your order number in full in the voucher field when you complete checkout.

I can't find where to enter it now, Am I still able to enter it once the return pack is en route?

You should have done it when you created your returns order.
