Thanks for the prompt reply When i use the checker sometimes says No faults then there is maintenance in the area will update monday the 5th? But all my family & friends who are local & on O2 have no problems at all? Is it because i just moved to Virgin/Volt? Are they on a seperate mast to normal O2 customers? I heard Giffgaff use O2 masts & my Giffgaff is ok 😕 Puzzled.. but again thanks buddy

You should get the same signal as from your giffgaff sim.
I'd suspect your sim is faulty or not correctly provisioned.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Thanks again for speedy reply Yeah i’ll try the links you provided has my Giffgaff is working & this O2 just suddenly stopped working this morning 😞 I have taken it out & re-installed it also restarted my phone? No matter where i try the checker & use diff postcodes i just keep getting this message?
