My daughter is in Ibiza she arrived let’s last night. She didn’t get and welcome to Spain when arriving like her friend did . Her phone isn’t working and I’m worried that this is dangerous , called earlier and thought it has been fixed but it’s not . We used to be with virgin media and migrated to 02

Some things to try:
Check data roaming is on in phone settings.
Manually search for another network
Turn off 5g
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

@Lmd The migration from Virgin to O2 has been a nightmare for many people. If you can get a message to your daughter through her friend, have her download WhatsApp. She can use the app to call, text, or video call anyone anywhere who also has the app for free if she's using a WiFi connection. At least there's a line of communication if she can't get her O2 account to work.

She can also download Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype to call O2 customer service for free on +44800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
She can also reach O2 via social media:
