No service after porting number

I bought a second O2 phone for my daughter on 17/5/23. Starting up the phone it worked fine with the temporary number. After porting over her old phone number the phone has had no service since. 
I have spoken to numerous customer advisors who eventually palm me off with the same excuse to escalate it and someone will get back to me, they never do.

the porting team have said the number has gone over ok

the network has been reset numerous times

all the things suggested hasn’t worked

 

Have just been sent a new sim through but to activate it they need to send a text to the number. Well I’ve got no service so how can I receive a text

 

is there anyone who can help? Nearly a month without service
