Yesterday I received a message saying No Sim. We have tried using another SIM card in the phone and it works perfectly. We also put this sim in another phone and it came up with the same message. It looks like the SIM card is broken. Could someone please let me know the next best step as I need to get this sorted as quickly as possible and haven’t been able to speak to any form of tech support.

The quickest way is to go instore and get a new sim.You will need ID. If it's a good store they will change everything over for you.

Other than that you can contact O2 and request a new sim,

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Then you can do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
