I recently bought a new IPhone 15. After 3 days it suddenly had no signal. After going back and forth with O2 for several days (and them giving me ridiculous untrue excuses) I finally sent the phone back to apple. However the ESIM remains stuck to the broken phone despite it being wiped and factory reset, my physical sim is useless now and won’t work in my old phone due to the eSIM still being “valid” in the new phone and I can’t get through to my o2 to get a new sim because it needs to text me a code which I can’t get since I haven’t had signal for a week.
