New phone not allowing old number to be kept

Since receiving this phone I cannot use my old number and it is saying emergency calls only. I also cannot access my o2 as it is saying someone is using my old number.

If you're unable to do it yourself, call into an O2 store during the week if you have one nearby and they'll do it for you.
