Hi I am moving to a non EU country. What is the best option for me to keep my O2 bill down but still get data etc?

I wouldnt bother, as data outside of EU countries can become expensive, so you are better getting a local sim for data access, and if you have a dual sim, then just the o2 sim plan for receiving calls and texts. 

It would be useful to know which country you are moving to, as costs will vary for data from a few pounds a day to £120 for 200Mb
