Hi, I have just re-negotiated my package with Virgin Media and this has entailed moving my phone contract from VM to O2 to get the benefit of the Volt tie-up. All good except my new O2 SIM hasn't arrived in the post since the order on 18/12/22 - most likely since the Royal Mail strikes. My PAC code lasts until 16/1/23 so no panic just yet but how long do I wait before I ask for a new one? I read about eSIMs is that an option?

Most likely it has never been ordered
