I've recently added an extra SIM to my account for my daughter, the SIM was ordered more than 2 weeks ago and then more recently I ported a number onto it from another network.
Volt is active on our other SIMs on the account, but this one hasn't activated.
I tried online chat but it just says : "The team you need to speak to are busy, sorry."
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Usually takes between 14 to 21 days for Volt to be applied.
Best messaging O2 rather than chat or hanging on the phone
