Trying to buy a new mobile phone and call package on O2 for an existing number.
The original phone has a broken screen, so I cannot complete the transaction. As it is sending a confirmation code to the original phone number that I cannot access.
The landline is also broken, so I have no way to communicate except for my Virgin Email .
