Hi. I have recently upgraded to a new phone.
I have a message from the courier that they have tried to deliver it - twice - but because I am not at home there is no chance the phone can be delivered.
How can I resolve this.
I am unable to change the delivery on the couriers website as that is not allowed.
Any change has to be done by O2.
Help!
