Alcatel mobile personal hotspot keeps turning itself off. Can anyone help to solve this problem.

Have you asked Alcatel. Not sure how many people here have knowledge of the unit

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I have exactly the same problem. O2 sell the Alcatel pocket hotspot so if it isn't working it's down to the vendor to address the issue in the first instance. Can anyone help with this issue please?

Well nobody came back on this from January

Tag @Jeanie if you want to know what happened to their unit

You need to contact O2 as the vendor if you want them to address your problem. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or offer other direct help.

Great advice thanks - though I've actually discovered it's working perfectly slight_smile
For some reason, once it's connected all the lights go out apart from the battery light, so it only looks like it's not working. It also helped to realise that the Wifi code was with the battery and not 'admin' which is the default password for the Alcatel app. Durr...
