I have got a new upgrade and my 5g/4g doesn't work when I turn it on. It works sometimes but most times it doesn't. I only got the phone 2 weeks ago!

I'm assuming when you say 5G 4G you are referring to data on your handset, or are you only getting a 3G signal

Was this a new SIM with the phone?
If not call in at an O2 store with Photo ID and get it swapped
