No Service I'm losing my mind

I've had no phone service for 18 hours. My internet works perfectly. Everyone in the house has phone service. I've tried using virtual assistant but getting nowhere. I work from home and this is having huge implications for me. 
Please, does anyone know what I need to do? Thank you.
