Hi guys, it has been over 10 days that I am left without service from O2.
My phone was stolen on Saturday the 18th and the following day I went to the O2 store in Hammersmith where I waited to be seen and then was on the phone to Business Team who were very unhelpful and quite rude on the phone!
I couldn't remember the password and failed to get any help from them as a result, even tho I asked them to find alternative ways to clear security!
I left without achieving anything, but with a new sim card.
On Monday the 20th May my phone was found by a postman in a letter box! I called 02 from a friend's mobile and again the team was unable to activate my number even after an hour's long conversation on the phone!
I then called again tuesday morning and was promised to be send a new sim card, which so far hasn't arrived!
So as you can see, I am without a mobile phone since the 20th of May and desperate for normal service from you guys!
Can someone please please do something about this asap please!
Ilir

@ilir The phone is probably still barred. If you're an O2 Business customer, the customer service number is 0800 977 7337
You can also reach O2 via social media:

Hi I am complaining to BBC Watchdog, if we get enough complaints into them they may well do something about it. O2 has become the worst company since merging with virgin media. There customer services teams are dire, and seem to like putting customers on long periods of hold & then disconnecting us.

Highly unlikely @Damokinsella82 that BBC Watchdog will be remotely interested.
You need to persevere with O2. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or offer other direct help.
You can message O2 on social media :-
Facebook : https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
X (previously known as Twitter) : https://o2uk.co/O2CTW
Instagram : https://o2uk.co/O2CIG
I suggest that you take the social media route. The team are based in the UK and have a good reputation for problem-solving.
