New O2 SIM arrived, once installed, what is procedure to start porting process?

Hi,

I’m moving to O2 from another supplier.

 Once I’ve installed the O2 SIM what is procedure to start porting process?

Do I have to send a text ???

Have you been given your PAC from your previous network. If so that now needs to be given to O2

If  you have My O2 set up it can be done from Support > Keep Cancel or Claim a number.
