Hi, I placed an order for a device and sim plan 2 days ago. It said it would take 48hours or maybe less but its been over that and still no email or text either confirming or rejecting my application but payment has been taken. I got an email saying they were “full steam ahead” on my order but when I logged in it still says application pending. I cant use a live chat because my account is too new and customer service number hasn’t helped. Anyone else have this problem or know what to message or ring?
