Been getting this service message for days, no near O2 WiFi option available
Our Network can get busy in this area.
This means your data could be slower than normal. We’re sorry about that. Our team is aware and working to make it better. Our top tips for staying connected would be to find local Wifi hotspots and download whatever content you need whilst connected to Wifi, so you can still enjoy it on the move.

If you are going instore, just ask for a new sim. If you take ID they will do the sim swap for you.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I'm stumped then , I'm not on social media Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
Can't phone them, no landline phone, Can't chat due site down. Only got landline broadband and either o2 or ISP blocked WiFi calling.
Will wait til ISP confirms WiFi calling or not or use O2 WiFi, though I've not setup / registered.
Or travel 5miles to O2 stores

Also require WiFi connection and my ISP hasn't responded to my WiFi calling request yet.

For wifi calling you first need a supported phone.
A list of those can be found here https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
You then need to contact O2 to enable it on your account.
Once that's done, you can turn it on in your MyO2.
and yes, it's way more complicated that it should be!
