Hi, is there any chance someone could help me with NO CALLER ID problem please. I have been having the issue now for about 2 weeks and no one seems to know how to fix it its happening on all incoming calls ,I have been to the o2 store and to the apple store and it seems to be a problem with the setting on my o2 account

Seem to be an Apple issue as (most) of the comments also mention either Apple or iOS...
Can you see if there is a known issue @Martin-O2 @RafaC @Breanna ?

I have been to the apple store and the guys there done a full diagnostics test on the phone and there was no problems, I'm currently using an iphone 13 pro max

We don't actually know that there is a fix as we very rarely get any confirmation (either from the OP or the advisor) saying the issue was resolved and what it was (if they can tell us) @Cleoriff
It's one of the poorer parts of having the advisors support the community, as there may be occasions where we can tell other o2 customers what to do without getting the advisors involved...

I agree with that @gmarkj. I don't know why the advisors cant tell us of any fix? It certainly would help us to help those asking the questions. It's not a state secret at all. As long as they don't give us any personal info.
Also looks a bit silly giving a solution to an advisor who says 'I'll PM you' 😂
