I got told on Friday that my sim would be unbarred in 24hrs and it’s still not, I can’t top up my phone or ring customer service

@Andyfish123 - We’re just customers, like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)...
Note some functions in O2 use working days, so 24hrs on Friday means sometime mid-day Monday in many circumstances. Guide: O2 BARs and, if your MyO2 is working, via the web, https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin - then you can now, if on 360 billing system, add and remove many bars yourself - hopefully PAYG, which it sounds like you are, can do that too.
