I can’t get internet connection to use WhatsApp or messenger or instagram. All other apps working and it’s regardless whether I’m using WiFi or my own data. Thanks

If it's both on O2 or when using WiFi then it's something to do with your phone

Which handset is it.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
