My sim card doesn't work good

Hi

 

MY Sim card doesn't work properly.

It doesn't connect the call. only send text message that someone was trying to reach me. It disconnect the calls.

The person I'm talking cant hear me.

 

Please advise

Sounds like you need a replacement sim card @Elizabeth72 

The quickest way to solve this is to visit your local store (take photo ID with you) as they can give you a new sim card there and then.

If that is not convenient, then you can contact customer services by phone (call 202 if pay monthly, or 4445 if pay as you go, or 0344 809 0202).

Alternatively message them on social media:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

 

Be aware that your current sim will get cut off when you order a new one over the phone, so you will be without any service until it arrives via Royal Mail...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
