About two weeks ago, I switched from the EE network to the o2 network and ported my number. I would like to activate wifi calling, because my signal in my House,on the O2 network is weak. In order to do that, I need to go into the settings of my account on my o2. However, when I try to log in, I only see the basic data (consumption, first and last name), however, every time I try to enter the settings, it throws me back to the beginning to log in, and so it starts all over again. I tried to install my o2 app, but I get a message to contact o2 customer service. I tried to call a lot, but no one helps, that is, they don't know what to do, so I get an answer like: do you want to go on a monthly payment, etc. So I gave up calling anymore because they simply don't know how to help.
So I decided to write here this problem,to try to solve the problem, because I will have to try another network where people are more professional. I think something went wrong in the system when switching the number from EE to the O2 network. therefore, someone from o2 should just reactivate my account and I think that would solve everything, even wifi-calling activation. If anyone can help here, any advice is welcome.
thank you,
kr.

Wifi calling is only available on monthly contracts and needs to be enabled by O2 first.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Calling around 8.00am usually helps.
