Hello Lukasz [removed], the bill was paid, money was withdrawn from the account and the O2 account still says that it has not been paid and the phone is blocked,[removed]

If can take up to 48 hours for payments to clear.

In truth a Direct Debit would save future problems

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
