I have recently been moved over from Virgin Media and seem to have multiple accounts under different emails but the same number. I’m trying to change address as moved house but it keeps saying number attached to other account. How do I close down an account so I only have the one. I’ve only got one number with O2

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
