Anybody else having problems trying to upgrade their account online or on mobile?

I'm trying to upgrade my account from a SIM only to a SIM with OPPO phone.  I've tried endless times via 02 website and APP and I constantly get the same error message 'no connection' which is incorrect because I do have a connection, but not with 02....clearly.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
