Multi Media Messages

I use to be able to send multi media messages but it would appear I no longer have this facility - can anyone tell me why...I have unlimited everything as part of my contract ..thanks in advance

MMS are charged extra so if you have a spend cap of zero or if you have reached your spend cap limit you won't be able to send them.

You may also have a premium rate bar on your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

You can also use WhatsApp or similar to send pictures free to others with the same app.
