Smartphone unlock

Good evening,

I am unable to find any contact information for o2 in order to request for an unlock code for my smartphone. I have registered however I cannot start a live chat. Note I don't use o2.

I have the IMEI number at hand. Could someone please assist.

If your phone was obtained since 2018, no unlock code necessary:  Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card will help - should be doable online, @Ekimgnol
