The Huawei Android is version 9 

Chase needs version 8 or better

I have other banking apps on the phone

Chase seem to think there is something in the phone preventing download

This has been an issue with Chase UK and Huawei since launch of Chase, and they have no intention of allowing it... 


Also be aware that some banks do some checking once installed.
