This isnt live chat, its a peer to peer community of o2 customers, so constantly posting wont get you an answer., instantly

You need to reach out to customer services on 0344 809 0202 for Pay Monthly or 0344 809 0222 for PAYG and get them to have a look at the account. 

 

Also remove your wife's mobile number as you are liable for any spam or scams that that number receives from you posting it on a public forum.
