My mobile data suddenly stopped working whilst in France - repeated calls to the help desk are just cut off - who is able to assist me?

How long have you been abroad?
If over 63 days you have exceeded the permitted time and must return to the UK to reset your account.
If not, message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
