If you have an iPhone, try changing the data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Also try a manual network selection and try different networks on any phone.
If you have been outside of the UK for more than 63 days you may also have restrictions on your account due to O2's fair use policy.

It's because you don't have iData enabled on your account.
You need to call O2 to have it enabled when you get back home, then you can revert your apn to iData.

You will need the idata bolt on for things such as visual voicemail

Any idea how you can speak to someone about not getting data roaming. Tried everything and not working. Going round in circles trying to contact someone. Thanks
