I have not been able to receive text messages or phone calls since my phone migrated on 1st July. Nobody has been able to fix, specialist migration team were supposed to contact me,I’ve heard nothing at all despite many calls to o2. Has anybody else had same problem? Has it been fixed? I’m losing the will now

I have the exact same problem, although virgin are telling me my number didn’t migrate even though I have My o2 set up, a new o2 sim and they cancelled my virgin dd and raised a new O2 dd. Same as you calls are fine but can’t receive or send txts.
Have you managed to speak to the specialist migration team. How can I contact them because this who thing is doing my head in. I’ m coming close to terminating the whole thing.

Same problem - no incoming landline calls or texts...which is not a good result from switching...
