Since I switched to O2 from Virgin when I was planning on leaving Virgin. . .I have an amazing double data which I cannot use as even though my mobile data is switched on . . . it does not work!
Unless I am in wifi range I cannot use my phone for anything other than text and calls . . .

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Yes, I spoke to someone a couple of days ago.. . they have fixed that issue, but since yesterday I am no longer able to reply to any text messages!?!?! Have tried the same RESET NETWORK solution they showed me to resolve data issue, but that has not resolved the text message send failures . . .
