My sim only deal is up at the of the month.I've been looking on-line and third party suppliers have far better deals than o2 but when I try to get this sorted I'm automatically sent to o2 shop and these deals are not available I've tried 3 different ...

For months I have no reception in Middleton center(m24).I spend several hours a day-there-what can i do apart from getting new phone and diffy network?and my phone is of no use for either calls or wifi.I would change provider but am on contract

Resolved! Roaming - can’t get service

I changed tariff to one including Travel Inclusive Zone to cover a holiday in New Zealand.I’ve been here five days and it’s not working. I’ve got a signal from Spark NZ and a 3G data signal but I can’t send texts, make calls or use data… any ideas?? ...
