@O2Sarah wondering if you can help my partner took out a new contract with yourselves a month ago and has been unable to receive texts after multiple times on the phone to customer’s services we have been told that the PAC code files haven’t fully transferred over but yet nothing seems to be getting done about this.

Sarah isnt on shift, so wont pick up your tag..
Sounds like the donor network hasn't completed their process, hence the no SMS as they have to do work for them to be re-routed to o2.
