Hi I got a new sim card delivered & seem to have misplaced it before setting it up,who can I contact for a replacement sim as I'm paying for the misplaced sim & obviously not using it,Tia .

If possible I would go into an O2 shop take ID and they should be able to replace it.

Quickest way would be calling in an O2 store with photo ID and they will issue a new one
