Can’t see upgrade options.

I’ve been trying to upgrade my iPhone online as it says I can upgrade. Every time I click on see upgrade options, it won’t allow me to view any. All the buttons are greyed out and it won’t let me click on anything. I thought it was just on the website but I’ve been on the app too and it’s doing the same. I’ve tried to look at the phone tariffs, but again, the box is greyed out and won’t allow me to view.
