Lost my phone, whilst on holiday which I am still on.
Rang the support number, they have sent a code to email but I can't get on my email without verifying my email with a code that has been sent to my mobile phone.. which I don't have.
They've advised me to go to a 02 shop, when they know I am abroad.
I need my phone barring asasp...please help
